  • Spousal Sponsorships

  • Humanitarian and Compassionate (H&C) Applications

  • Temporary Resident Visas (TRVs)

  • Study and Work Permit Applications

  • Express Entry and Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) submissions

Participants will learn to apply structured legal reasoning (IRAC, CREAC), align submissions with IRPA/IRPR requirements, and address officer concerns effectively while maintaining appropriate tone and clarity. Emphasis is placed on organization, evidence referencing, proactive advocacy, and best practices in formatting submissions for IRCC and ESDC. Participants are only allowed to move between course modules in order and have to complete each module first before moving to the next. Participants are also required to complete the practical exercises and the course quiz before they can complete the course and receive their completion certificate.
